Program description


Trogir, Split, Hvar, Vis, Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mljet, Pučišća, Omiš, Trogir

Step into history and come to Trogir, a UNESCO Heritage site, known for its magnificent Romanesque, Rennaisance and Baroque architecture. Here you will start your visit to the Dalmatian coast while sailing aboard Robin Hood ship, perfectly designed for calling small Croatian ports.

Day 1 Sunday – Trogir – Brac (Pucisca)
Board your boat at 13:00. After a welcome drink and speech, set sail on your 8-day adventure. Arriving in the the town of Pučišća on the island of Brač in the afternoon, spend time exploring the town that is famous for it’s famous Brač stone or take our optional excursion and visit the Stone Masonry school where you can learn how they have carved stone over the centuries.

Day 2 Monday – Pucisca - Makarska
This morning set sail to the coastal town of Makarska.
Spend the morning exploring the town or take an optional excursion and experience white water rafting on the Cetina river. After rafting we also offer an optional excursion to the Skywalk balcony in the Biokovo national Park.

Day 3 Tuesday – Makarska – Mljet
Today we continue on to the island of Mljet and the town of Pomena. Once merely a small pier for fishing boats of the fishermen from Govedari, Pomena is today the tourist centre of the island of Mljet with its 100 square kilometre National Park. Visit the salt water lakes – one warm and the other cold – and spend time exploring this beautiful nature reserve (optional). Take a ferry ride to St mary’s island where you can visit the monastery and church. This afternoon try your hand at some traditional cuisine while learning to cook with a local chef at our optional cooking class

Day 4 Wednesday – Mljet – Dubrovnik
This morning we continue our trip via the Elafiti Islands, with their beautiful scenery and long, sandy beaches to Dubrovnik, arriving in the early afternoon. Here you can join an optional guided tour of the city, or enjoy exploring this beautiful city on your own.

Day 5 Thursday – Dubrovnik – Trstenik – Korcula
Early morning departure as we head toward Korčula. Stop in Trstenik where you can take an optional visit to the famous Dingać winery and try some wines which the region is famous for. Return to the boat for lunch. Later, continue to Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo, arriving in the afternoon. Spend time wandering the narrow streets. Visit the house where Marco Polo was born. Here you will find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else.

Day 6 Friday – Korcula – Hvar – Stari Grad
During breakfast we set sail for the town of Hvar. Spend the morning exploring the town. Visit the imposing fort on the hilltop with a view over the sea. Return to the boat after lunch and continue on to Stari Grad. Dating back to 384BC, Stari Grad is one of the oldest towns in Croatia and the historical heart of the island of Hvar. Tonight, Beware of the Pirate’s! Dance the night away with a traditional Croatian dinner and party on board.

Day 7 Saturday – Stari Grad – Split - Trogir
Late morning departure today and head towards Trogir. On the way, we will stop in Split where you can join an optional guided tour with an English-speaking guide, or wander through the ancient streets and explore the markets. Split is a monument city under UNESCO protection. Here we find an abundance of Roman architecture – of special interest is Diocletian’s palace. We set sail again during lunch, and will stop to enjoy a last swim in the Adriatic before returning to Trogir port.

Day 8 Departure Early breakfast after which it is time to say farewell to the crew and all your new friends. Until we meet again….

ITINERARY:
Every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary ; however, due to the schedule changes beyond organizer’s control, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to change routing or alter shore excursions.
* DELECTA Ltd. / Delecta Cruises reserve the right to change the vessel provider in case where the contracted services are not supplied according to the previously agreed standards.

RESERVATION AND BOOKING:
Reservation and booking is on request and need to be confirmed. Once you decide to go ahead with your reservation we will expect a reservation deposit of EUR 300,00 per person payable within 5 days from the date of our written confirmation. The deposit will secure your reservation. Balance payment due will be no later than 60 days prior to the cruise start.
The deposit is non- refundable.
